The main living room features a plush, oversized sofa and large TV, framed by full-height windows and sliding doors that connect the indoors to the outdoor lounge and dining areas. Ceiling fans, ducted air conditioning and elegant timber floors keep the space cool and inviting year-round. The sleek kitchen is a dream for entertaining, with an island bench with a breakfast bar and everything you need for effortless self-catering. A second lounge offers a quieter space to unwind—perfect for movie nights or giving kids and adults their own zones.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, a spacious walk-in robe, and a stunning private en-suite complete with a walk-in dual shower, double vanity, and a freestanding tub that invites a long soak after a day on the greens. Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10 pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
