Perched lakeside at the back of Rivendell Winery Estate, Wildgreen Villa invites you into a world of comfort and style. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and inviting space to gather. The fully equipped kitchen offers premium appliances and ample bench space, perfect for preparing a feast with fresh local produce. Unwind in the lounge or escape to the dedicated theatre room for a movie night. A dedicated workspace is also available, offering a quiet spot to catch up on emails or plan your next adventure.
Step outside to a fenced front yard where children can play freely, while adults sip a glass of Rivendell wine and take in the greenery. The expansive veranda provides the perfect setting for alfresco dining, complete with a wicker lounge and BBQ for long, lazy lunches or evening cookouts. A short walk brings you to the estate’s tennis court and playground, offering fun for all ages.
The bedrooms are generously sized with built-in wardrobes, each designed with relaxation in mind. The primary suite boasts a king bed, a luxurious ensuite with dual sinks, and a deep soaking bath. Another king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a twin room with two single beds provide restful retreats, while ducted air conditioning throughout ensures year-round comfort. The main bathroom features a walk-in shower and an additional soaking bath, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. A separate laundry with a washer and dryer adds extra convenience. Outdoor parking is available.
Only small dogs are allowed and must be on leads if walking through the estate. As per local council requirements, they are never to be left unattended.
A short distance from the house are two large water bodies; these are unfenced and child supervision is critical. Swimming is not permitted within these dams.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
