This lovely 1920's home offers two charming queen bedrooms and a great kids retreat with four bunk beds, toys, games and a very cuddly bean bag.
In the cooler months enjoy the slow combustion wood fire using our supplied local wood and banksia nuts which we gather from the bush.
Busseltonia offers secure fencing for your children, a large park opposite the house ideal for play and pretty gardens to enjoy outdoor entertaining.

Entry and departure times to property are strictly as follows unless otherwise advised by the owner. Late departure can be arranged, providing no change over of tenants occur on the same day.
Departure -10 am. Arrival - 2 pm. Minimum stay requirements cannot be reduced.

Doonas and pillows are supplied with all beds. Queen beds have a firm mattress with Muscle Mat toppers. It's like sleeping on a cloud!
Bed guard bunk beds, high chair, travel cot, and a small child's pusher in the bunk room. Children's toys, games and jigsaws.
The Pantry
The dresser pantry has tea, coffee, and sugar supplies. We also supply a Nespresso Pod machine with coffee pods. Feel free to use any condiments from the pantry.
Large Woolworths & Coles supermarkets are two blocks away and are open 7 days a week.
We highly recommend the following cafes for good coffee and food in Busselton.
Bistro Breton - French cuisine and buckwheat crepes, great coffee.

Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However, the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
To maintain a good standard for our guests, we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate that most tenants will respect our property, but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly, this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs, etc. Use, contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Damage, Breakages, Theft, and Loss are the tenants' responsibility during their stay. Please advise owners of any significant damage.
Departure - the property should be left in a clean and tidy condition. Check-out time is 10 am at the latest, to allow time to prepare the property for the next guests unless arrangements have been made with the owner for a later check-out. Please enquire. We are happy to arrange a later check-out if we do not have guests checking in the same day.
Disturbance to neighbours, including loud conversation and loud music noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond. The City of Busselton has passed new regulations in 2022 regarding short stay accommodation. You will be fined accordingly if neighbours complain.
