On the lower level, you’ll find a cosy living area perfect for children to unwind, complete with a TV for their entertainment. This floor also includes a queen bedroom and tri-bunk bedroom both with mirrored wardrobes and direct access to the patio. They are serviced by a family bathroom, which includes a large bathtub for ultimate relaxation.



Upstairs, the open-plan layout seamlessly connects the main living, dining, and kitchen areas. The bright, fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a coffee maker, and all the essentials for preparing meals. Choose to dine indoors at the comfortable dining table or step out to enjoy alfresco dining with coastal breezes and a BBQ grill for the perfect outdoor feast. Parking: Parking is provided for one car in the carport.
