A starter pack of firewood is provided during winter, with additional firewood available for purchase at local service stations or hardware stores.

Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring an oven and a Nespresso machine with BYO pods. Gather around the kitchen bench for an evening drink while preparing dinner. Share delicious meals at the wooden dining table for eight, or enjoy an alfresco BBQ around the ten-seater timber table beneath the rustic wooden pergola, while the kids play safely in the fully enclosed garden.

Recharge in one of four thoughtfully designed bedrooms for a peaceful night. Rest in the air-conditioned primary suite, featuring a queen bed, lounge area with a TV and L-shaped sofa, walk-in robe, and ensuite with a spacious vanity and shower. Drift off in the second bedroom, which offers a queen bed and bedside tables for extra storage. The third bedroom is ideal for groups, featuring two bunk beds, while the fourth provides one bunk bed, making it a fun space for kids. After a day of exploring, refresh in the shower or soak in the bathtub in the family bathroom.

Maintain your laundry routine with a washer and dryer, and enjoy the convenience of free onsite parking for a hassle-free stay.

Linen and towels are available as an optional add-on for a flat rate of $280. If you'd like to include this package, please let us know when booking. Alternatively, if you prefer not to purchase the linen package, we kindly ask that you bring your own sheets and towels.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
