Ideally located just minutes walk from the world-famous Yallingup Beach. Yallingup beach is suited for families and adventurers alike, having both a sheltered lagoon for safe swimming, and a world-class surfing break out beyond the reef.

The house its self features 4 bedrooms to sleep a maximum of 8 adults and 1 child. It has been purposely built with disabled access to the ground floor master suite. Downstairs you will find a well-appointed kitchen, dining area and TV room. The dining area opens out into a private court yard ideal for relaxing in the afternoons all year round as it has built in electric heaters for the cooler months.

Upstairs you will find 3 further bedrooms with a Queen room, Tri Bunk (sleeping a child only on top due to weight restrictions) and a second master room complete with a Queen bed and en-suite. Upstairs, you will also find the main family bathroom.

The garage has been converted to a kids retreat  with a pool table, bean bags, games and a few surf boards you are welcome to use during your stay.

Other attractions within walking distance include a coffee shop for your morning coffee and breakfast, Caves House general Store, and Caves House Hotel. You can walk to Caves House up the “Ghost Trail”, through the manicured gardens and enjoy a great pub meal, or enjoy the sunset on the grass at Yallingup Beach.

There is parking on site for 3 cars.

K, Q or D $65, S $35, Twin Bunk $70, Tri Bunk $90. If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
