Peppy Tree House - walk from Old Dunsborough

Peppy Tree house is perfectly located in a quiet part of Old Dunsborough and is within easy walking distance to town and the local beaches, providing the perfect base to explore the Margaret River region.
The space
As you enter the property you will immediately get the sense of the tranquil light that comes through the huge living room floor to ceiling windows overlooking a peppermint grove. The property takes advantage of the peaceful surroundings by featuring an outside entertaining deck – an ideal place to sit back and relax with a glass of our regional wine with family and friends

The ground floor has a spacious Queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom and features an open plan large living & dining room area with TV and a fully equipped spacious kitchen that can cater for all needs and occasions. The living room patio doors lead out onto the outside entertaining deck area.

Upstairs provides 2 Queen bedrooms and a twin bedroom with bathroom facilities that include a bath and shower with a separate toilet. There is the addition of a TV area with air-conditioning.
The property has garage parking and laundry facilities
Other things to note
NOTE: You are welcome to bring a maximum of 2 dogs for $35 fee per pet. Pets are permitted by approval only, there is a fee of $35 per night charged separately.
