Situated only two minutes to Simmo's ice-cream, three minutes to town, and four minutes to the beach, you will spend your days relaxing and enjoying the many activities that are on offer in the region.

The house is a very spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. There are 2 separate living areas, and a games room to keep the children entertained. Both bathrooms are over-sized, with a giant bathtub downstairs to relax in at the end of the day. With fully ducted air conditioning to every room, you will be comfortable all year round. The yard is fully-enclosed and ideal for the little ones and your dog to endlessly enjoy. If you are bringing a pet, please add the pet fee at the time of booking. Please be aware, you cannot leave your dog unattended at the property, this is a requirement of the local council.

There are 2x TVs (one smart TV), free guest WiFi, large upstairs bathroom and balcony off the master bedroom upstairs ensures that all guests have room to find their own space. You can even enjoy stunning views across the lake as the sun sets. Extras include a ping pong table, foosball table, arcade machine and DeLonghi Eletta coffee machine, so bring your own beans and enjoy a fresh brew while you sit on the 2nd storey balcony and enjoy the view over the lakes while the kids keep themselves entertained.

K, Q or D $65, S $35, Twin Bunk $70, Tri Bunk $90. If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
