With 18 acres of unspoilt nature to explore, Woodstone has its own lake, hiking trails and plenty of wildlife. It’s the perfect place to relax and experience everything the region has to offer.
The space
Kookaburra Cottage has a big open plan living area with a kitchen, fireplace, air-conditioning and high ceilings with beautiful exposed beams.

The spacious master bedroom has a queen bed and views out to the bushland. A second loft bedroom consists of a queen bed and two single beds. A full-sized modern bathroom services both bedrooms.

It’s easy to feel tucked away in nature here, and with the added benefit of being a few minutes away from the Dunsborough township, there is no shortage of cafes, restaurants and galleries. You are also on the doorstep of some of the region’s best beaches, wineries and activities.

Kookaburra Cottage is one of four cottages available to rent on the estate. The property is ideal for a small group or two families. Group bookings can be accommodated across all cottages.

Well behaved dogs are welcome at Kookaburra Cottage subject to approval. Charges apply.

Other things to note
The cost of bringing your pet is $30 per pet, per night. A $500 pet bond is also applicable and will be refunded once the property has been inspected on your departure.

BEFORE BRINGING YOUR PET PLEASE CONSIDER: Dogs must be kept outside at all times. The City of Busselton have extremely strict rules about pets at holiday homes. Dogs are not permitted to be left unattended at the property at any time.
