Waters Edge Beach House is a unique beach front property providing guests with relaxed, casual beachside accommodation.

Spacious 2 storey, 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom, fully reverse cycle air conditioned home with a large upstairs living space opening onto a wide balcony perfect for BBQs and enjoying the uninterrupted views of the water. Walk directly across to the beach to soak up the sun swimming, fishing or boating. This home comes fully equipped to cater for all your holiday needs, including a table tennis table, a fenced area for your dog, three kayaks with life jackets, and six mountain bikes including helmets. Watch the fishermen at dusk from your balcony or enjoy a game of beach cricket with family and friends.

Perfectly positioned between Busselton and Dunsborough, the gateway to the Margaret River wine region, this home boasts large bedrooms and bathrooms, with a small downstairs living room complete with a Smart TV. A spacious kitchen, dining and lounge area upstairs offers a relaxing space for adults, whilst the kids enjoy the activity room downstairs.

For boat owners, there is a boat ramp 2 minutes away.

Hockey Weekend
Everyone loved this house. All the rooms were a good size and beautifully furnished. 75in TV and a pretty good soundbar, kitchen pantry with all the necessary staples, and direct access to the beach for wellness and healing sore muscles. It was a win win from all our team of masters hockey players. Thank you! PS, also walking distance to coffee and croussants at Claudios was a bonus! 🤤❤️

Didn’t want to leave!
Place has everything for us to experience a fun few days. It was spacious, cozy and generous with added extras like towels and bedding etc. Beds were good quality and comfy. Beach was literally across the road. We had fun kayaking, riding bikes, on boogie boards, as well as swimming despite the chilly water for this time of year.

Great location
This property is in a great location and is really well set up for families. The house ideally located directly across from the beach and in a cul-de-sac so not a lot of traffic so kids can cross the road to the beach safely. The house is well stocked with kitchen appliances and cooking necessities like pots, pans, utensils etc. The garage is well stocked with all the recreational toys that anyone could ask for. The view from the balcony is wonderful and a great place to relax and unwind.

Enjoyed our stay , couldn't ask for a better location. The layout was perfect as few early risers could go upstairs while the rest slept. We thought there was a bath but didn't affect our stay. Would stay again

Arrive unpack and unwind. This wonderful home has everything you could need. The amazing upstairs open plan living space allows you to soak up the views. With the beach just over the road and kayaks and boogie boards on offer the beach feels like part of your front yard.

Perfect Relaxing Getaway
The house is in a fantastic location, directly across from the beach at the end of a quiet cul de sac. Big house with everything you need plus more. We made great use of the table tennis, kayaks and bikes. The view can not be beaten, we will definitely be back!
