This house was spacious and clean overall, large dining table and plenty of comfy couch space for everyone, which was great at the end of a busy day with three teenagers. The beds were really comfy and the property is well-equipped. Location's great, neighbourhood is quiet and the beaches are close and beautiful.
The property could, however, do with a bit of TLC (January 2022). The back garden is a small seating area and an unkempt driveway with weeds, abandoned stuff and what seems to be an unused granny flat - but is fully enclosed for dogs. Batteries need replacing in remotes and clocks; we had to share a remote for the bedroom fans, which wasn't ideal in January. The fridge and utensils were a bit grimy, the toilet drips and has no lid, lots of windows are without blinds so the house got hot, and the dishwasher didn't seem to clean the dishes. All minor things but added together made the stay slightly less pleasant than it otherwise could have been. Also a note for families with young children, the master bedroom is a long way from the other bedrooms, which may be a problem or a benefit depending on your point of view.
It is a quiet and spacious property in a great location and makes for a mostly comfortable stay and a good base for relaxing in Dunsborough or exploring the region.
