Bunker Bayhouse is simply extraordinary.

The glorious Bunker Bay beach is down a short boardwalk right at your doorstep, and Cape to Cape walk trails, whale watching and coastal national park are a stroll away.
The beach is as good as it gets with perfect north facing sands and crystal clear water sheltered from winter storms and summer sea breezes. From sheltered lagoons backed by pristine dunes on you left, to fabulous surf and a dramatic headland on your right, it all starts just 50 metres from the front door.
Hidden down a private gated lane, the Bayhouse is one of just a few fantastic holiday homes that occupy the front row beachside location; safe for young children to practise their bike riding and older kids to come and go from the beach opposite carting our kayaks, surf ski and boogey boards under their arms.
The Bayhouse is laid out like a boutique hotel, with air-conditioned ensuited King bedrooms to cater for extended families or several couples with kids.
All rooms open from a large entry lobby and overlook their own private courtyards private from neighbours. The airconditioned living areas open onto the large verandah and timber sundeck hovering over a private conservation paperbark wetland (frogs eat any mosquitos). Blue wrens, ducklings and tadpoles, kangaroos and quendas make their home at your back door.
A double garage and driveway provides parking for 4 cars.
A wood fire and Nespresso pod coffee machine makes winter a pleasure.
The Bunker Bay Resort's year-round heated 25-metre infinity pool, tennis courts and gym are available to Bayhouse guests and waiting for you just across the lagoon. Tennis racquets supplied.
Bunkers Cafe on the beach is part of the resort and just metres away through a private bush path. Enjoy daily breakfast, lunch and coffees on the serenely located beachfront deck while watching the breaking waves and the whales perform in season. Alternatively, hang out at the resort’s main bar and alfresco café/dining while the kids play in the pool below.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
