The top floor is dedicated to the primary suite, a private retreat featuring a king bed, an ensuite with a walk-in wardrobe, and stunning ocean views. On the middle level, an airy open-plan living and dining area flows seamlessly onto the large, undercover balcony, where an outdoor setting and built-in BBQ invites alfresco dining. The stylish kitchen, complete with modern appliances and a breakfast bar, makes meal prep a breeze. This level offers a powder room for added convenience.
The ground level houses a second TV room—with plush couches and a large flat-screen TV—providing a separate hangout spot for the kids. There are three more beautifully appointed bedrooms: a queen bedroom and two twin rooms, each with two single beds. They share a spacious main bathroom with a deep bath for a relaxing soak.
Additional luxuries include air-conditioning throughout, full laundry facilities, and private parking for up to three cars. Please note the shared driveway must remain clear for neighbouring units.
Linen and towels are available as an optional add-on for a flat rate of $277. If you'd like to include this package, please let us know when booking. Alternatively, if you prefer not to purchase the linen package, we kindly ask that you bring your own sheets and towels.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10 pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
