The fully equipped kitchen flows into a light and airy living and dining area, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. Large windows frame stunning inlet views, while the expansive wooden dining table invites guests to gather for long, leisurely meals. The lounge area is perfect for unwinding, with plush sofas, a huge flat-screen TV, and media player. Ducted air-conditioning ensures year-round comfort.
Surrounding the home, beautiful stone verandas provide plenty of shaded spots to relax with a book or a glass of wine. Outside, the fully enclosed yard is a haven for children and pets. Towering peppy trees provide shade, while the cubby house and swing set offer endless entertainment. Fire up the gas BBQ and dine alfresco while soaking in the peaceful sounds of nature.
Accommodating up to ten guests, the home features four well-appointed bedrooms. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed and private ensuite with a walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms offer queen beds, while the fourth is a dedicated kids’ room with two sets of bunk beds and play area—perfect for little adventurers. A second bathroom with a bathtub provides convenience for families.
The home also provides a dedicated workspace, full laundry facilities, and garage parking for one car.
Linen and towels are available as an optional add-on for a flat rate of $248. If you'd like to include this package, please let us know when booking. Alternatively, if you prefer not to purchase the linen package, we kindly ask that you bring your own sheets and towels.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10 pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
