On entering the property, you are welcomed by the downstairs tv room which could also be for the kids to use as a private retreat, bedroom number 2 which has a queen bed and lastly the 3rd bedroom with 2x singles. Leading out from the TV room, you can access the courtyard area which is fully secure. Moving up one flight of stairs you now come to the master room with en-suite and main bathroom. Up just a few main steps you have the main living area complete with kitchen, dining table and lounge area, not to mention the balcony overlooking the Old Dunsborough golf course abundant with kangaroos! Sit back here, relax & listen to the sound of the birds as you take in the days events with your favourite tipple. There is a gas fireplace in the main living area to keep you warm in winter.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
