"Everything was fantastic, we stayed in Bayethe and the rooms were huge, well stocked and beautiful. The service from the Rangers, the housekeepers, The Lodge staff were all amazing too. All the meals in The Lodge were high quality and delicious. Lots of food, drink and amazing safari experience! "

"There is no better safari geared up for families in the world. We had the best time ever as did our seven year old daughter, and the staff couldn’t have done any more for us. This place is THE gold standard in luxury safaris and Riverdene ensured it worked for children too without compromising quality for adults too. "Was left stranded outside the gate with no access no instructions. Gate would not open even though wr drove up to it. Phone lines dead. Had no option but to drive away feeling very sad and extremely dissapointed. Drove off into the dark desert looking for a last minute booking which ended up being 1.5 hours drive away. Management said no refund once they finally contacted us in a new telephone number that neither us or hotels.com had been provided with. Still waiting for some sort of apology...
