Experience tranquility with the roaring sounds of freshwater streams in our backyard. This serene setting is therapeutic, ideal for trout fishing, exploring, and leisurely swims in the natural creek. Gather your family for a night of fun by the fire-pit, creating cherished memories with S'mores. Our well-equipped home ensures a comfortable stay, and you'll enjoy full access to a resort-style community with diverse amenities and activities.

The entire house is yours to enjoy. The fully stocked kitchen has pots and pans for baking and cooking, while the living room features a propane gas fireplace to keep you warm after a long day of activities. Each room is equipped with smart TVs with Netflix, YouTube TV, Disney+, and other convenient apps.

The spacious master bedroom boasts a king-size orthopedic bed, a master bathroom with a two-person Jacuzzi tub and shower. A washer/dryer is also provided on the second floor near all the bedrooms for your convenience. The backyard has a gas grill, a sitting area with a fire pit, and a hammock, perfect for entertaining with family and friends by the waterfront property.

Saw Creek Estates is a private, 24-hour gated community located in the Delaware State Forest, right at the bank of Delaware River, near Bushkill Falls State Park and Smithfield Beach National Recreation Area. It's only 15 minutes from Shawnee Mountain and 40 minutes from Camelback Mountain Resorts. The community is easily accessible from New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Newark airport (1:40 hrs.).

This location offers plenty of exciting activities to enjoy throughout the year. You are in the Delaware State Forest, where you can explore amazing hiking trails in all seasons. Multiple beautiful waterfalls are nearby! In the spring, summer, fall, and winter, you can rejuvenate and observe rapid nature changes.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Waterfront Oasis. Any questions that we had were promptly answered. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials including grilling utensils, etc. We loved the creek at the back of the home! The amenities (pool, hot tub) were lovely as well! The house was very nice on the inside and the surrounding area was beautiful. It was very quiet and peaceful and everyone had a great time. The only small problems were that the hot water ran out quite fast in my opinion and there was minor damage on the doors. Overall, it was a great stay and Martin is an amazing host.

Quiet, Cozy, Comfortable
The house is beautiful and the backyard view alone is worth it. If it wasn't so cold we would have spent our time outside. We had a short and comfortable stay. Martin was very attentive and available. I'm greatful and appreciated him reaching out. We went for a ski trip and Shawnee mountain was less than twenty minutes away. The kitchen was equipped enough for our short stay. Do bring your own anemeties and groceries, especially if you are a big group, although the house did have some cute anemeties as well. The house was plenty big for a group of seven. There is basketball available which wasn't expected from the pictures, and it was a nice additional touch. The pictures are true. It is a private estate and you will have to take your trash to the dumpster on your way out of the area. Overall, we loved our stay, especially for the cost. We will consider this for future ski trips and would love to check it out during other seasons as well.

Property wasn't as clean as expected, but Martin was very helpful, awesome and even credited me because of it. The appliances are new and very nice. It also stunk because me and my daughter both ended up with Covid. I would bring extra cooking supplies if you plan on cooking for a large crew - there wasn't much there. I did bring a air fryer which was pretty awesome to have. be forewarned, the driveway is very steep and seemed a bit scary to use, but after the first day we were fine. Also, everything is about a 20-30 min drive away since this is in the mountains. Ski resorts are about an hour. Not too many places deliver food to your actual house. There are some really good pizza places around. I really wish the weather was colder and we had snow! I can't imagine how beautiful it woul dhave been. The

1st time to Poconos
We had a wonderful stay at this house. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable and Martin was an awesome host. The backyard was great and we enjoyed the creek. We felt very safe at Sawmill Creek and enjoyed all of the amenities. Location is close to many attractions. We have rented several properties off of VRBO and Martin by far is the best host we have dealt with. I would highly recommend this property.

The house was just as pictured. The host is phenomenal!!! There was no extra linens left i texted him and in five minutes we had linens. Martin checked on us the next morning to see if we were okay. The house was very cozy and clean. We enjoyed our stay and the amenities and location were excellent. Thank you soo much for making our family vacation so memorable. Definitely will return!!!

Enjoyable Pocono family getaway
We really enjoyed our stay here! We mainly booked it because of the backyard. My kids really enjoyed going into the creek and skipping rocks. The older adults enjoyed it because of the horseshoe pit and the fire pit. The nights were quite and that's exactly what we were looking for. Martin was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. He even dropped fishing poles off for my boys because we forgot ours. Very generous on his part! I feel that the house was advertised as providing all paper products. There was plenty of TP but not enough paper towels. But I bet if I asked Martin, he would have dropped more off. But we just picked up a roll when we were out. I would suggest bringing your own fire wood. The house is along the water and you might be able to find a few logs but not enough to keep the fire burning for a while. We purchased some before we went and ended up leaving the rest for the next tenant because we didn't feel like packing it up again.

Pictures on the listing for this house dont do it justice. The house was very clean, spacious and cozy at the same time. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms on the second floor, cozy living room, and amazing back yard with a grill where you can sit and listen to the water flowing in a nearby creek. It was a pleasure dealing with Martin, as he was very prompt in responding to our questions. We are planning on coming back in the summer to take full advantage of the backyard! P S. Wonderful backyard!
We had a great time staying here! We had the fire pit going in the back listening to the river flowing. It had been raining for the few days before so the level was higher than normal making it a bit louder than usual, but nothing to complain about! It was so refreshing waking up in the morning and drinking coffee listening to the river.
