The property has a whole home water filtration system & point of use reverse osmosis system. We also have a back up generator, It will be hard to find a property with these extras. The spa have a UV system. Our bathrooms are tiled from floor to ceiling and sanitized easily. Our kitchen Has granite tops and the flooring is all porcelain driftwood look. Because of all these high-quality materials our house is easier to maintain and sanitize. Even our back deck is tiled and covered.

Yes, we have a land line - cell phone service can be a bit weak with some carriers when you vacation in the Pocono Area.
