"place okay. Bit early in season. Everything at the accommodation closed at 7pm. Didn’t open again until breakfast at 0730am. Nowhere else to hang as main reception area closed at 1930so confined to pokey room or outside in cold. We were offered a bigger better room at an extra 20e a night on check in which came over as ours was bit rubbish! -which it was ! It was a 15 min drive to Avola on a dodgy road. Little to see in Avola - sea front area was ok but little there due to time of year. Room...

The breakfast offers various and excellent food, a lot of self-made/grown products (olive oil, focaccia, yoghurt). The pool is above the rooms and offers a beautiful view, in all directions. "Amazing hosts, amazing stay! One of the most memorable accommodations during our 2-week trip to Sicily. Rosario, Adriana and Vincenzo work hard to have you experience the finest flavours of Sicily. We enjoyed relaxing times by the pool and in the orchard, in company of the adorable cats. The room was practical and comfortable, and dinners were simply delicious. Highly recommended!"

Unfortunately the room was pretty tired and bathroom needed a good overall. Old marked shower enclosure. Crumbling walls round the shower unit. Shower coming away from wall and mould round taps.
