"We arrived far too early for check in but the staff still tried to find us a room. This wasn’t necessary as we were planning to explore the city. "Contacted property manager and Vrbo the day before to enquire about accessing the property. Received no response. Called the owner at 9.15 on the day. He sounded confused but raised no issue, so I got on with my day. Received a text after 10.30 to say the property was not available! Apparently vrbo ..."
