We stayed four nights with no car, easily walking to the Metro and a variety of good restaurants (we are seniors). "Check in process was seamless and easy. The owner communicated all the info ahead of time, AND was available and responsive to all our silly questions we had regarding using the thermostat and such. Very easy and friendly communication. The house and property all around is very clean, literally no dust or any grime whatsoever. "My daughter's family and myself went to DC for my mother's burial at Arlington. It was a quick trip and we're from the area,though no one lives there now, so we needed a place to stay. This was a convenient location close to places to eat, the Metro, and major roadways. It was clean, comfortable, and safe. I'd definitely recommend.
