A spacious semi detached house in a quiet street close to Burton on Trent town centre and the river. On street parking and a large rear garden with seating. There are TVs in 2 of the downstairs rooms and 2 of the upstairs bedrooms. A medium sized kitchen contains a breakfast bar with stools for 6 and the large lounge has a large comfy sofa and a couple of chairs along with along burner.

Our refundable damage deposit of £100 will be invoiced directly with a link for payment. Your refund will be returned within 14 days of departure.
Strictly no charging of EVs is allowed and if discovered will implement immediate vacation of the property
No guests other than those booked into the property are allowed to enter the property unless permission has been granted
Guests are requested to respect the hike in all fuel costs and the costs of running the property and not to have the heating on whilst the windows are open, leave the heating on when they are out, or leave the lights on.
The property is for the use of the registered guests only and no visitors or additional guests are allowed in the property without prior approval
