"Ok property condition. Not enough lighting all Around Staff very efficient and friendly. Property not much to be desired. They do have so called Breakfast at least a cup of coffee if the limited food is not edible For you. Not worth all this money"

We had room for large group gatherings and sharing meals together and quiet space for each student. The grounds and scenery are gorgeous. Well-maintained home and kind host. Wally even helped me unload as well as give me a tour of the home so I knew where everything was at. We definitely recommend this stay!"

I was sort of expecting it to be a renovated courtyard by marriot just named something different and priced higher. But it’s very very nice. Unique in a way. Definitely the nicest hotel in Fredericksburg. "
