Beautiful Property
February- Our 8pm drive there felt a little spooky but once we got to the property it was beautiful. The next morning we got to see the beauty of the surroundings - the house is clean and beautifully decorated and has everything a guest might need. The hosts thought of every age group while stocking up the house. Our group consisted mainly of late teens and they had a fun time in the basement media/game room. We enjoyed our walks in the neighborhood and went skiing one day. The closest grocery store is about 10 miles away. Would love to come back here in the summer.

Perfectly perfect
This home was amazing. Very clean with a fun floor plan. Hide and seek for hours! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need which made life easy as we were sowed in for a day. I highly recommend this home. We were pleasantly surprised the pictures sold us but the actual house exceeded what the pictures show. Thanks again for an amazing experience.

Graduation Weekend & Family Christmas
This was a fantastic house for our gathering. We were celebrating Fall Graduation at MHU and decided to combine it with an early Christmas gathering. This house was stocked with every cooking item you can imagine and was well stocked for our party of 10-14. We had everything we needed and plenty of room for everyone. If you have a student at Mars Hill this is a fantastic base for a large group.

Our stay was our group constantly had a problem with not having hot water the showers had low pressure or had no hot water to take a shower. Other than that the house has a little strange layout, the grill wasn't particularly clean. I probably wouldn't rent it again.

Relaxing weekend
Great property, relaxing atmosphere. Lots of room to enjoy, well stocked kitchen in terms of appliances, dishes, utensils and cookware. Comfortable beds! Great place for our extended weekend just hanging out, playing games and watching football. Property is located in a rural setting with Burnsville just a short drive away. Getting a taxi/ride share to Asheville was more difficult than expected but worth the trip.

We was visiting the area for our daughters wedding the cabin was perfect fit for all my family need
The cabin was great as far as the accommodation. The only thing that bothered us was the landscaping crew was there early on our first morning after arriving from a 15 hour drive. With all the mowing weeding disturbing our rest time waking the whole family at 7 Am. Other that it was peace and quiet and cozy. The staff was great checking in and letting us know that the wifi was down due to some service outage in the area. Some enjoyed not doing college assignments and not be able to do zoom meetings for work.Overall we manage to still enjoy our trip so we recommend this cabin

Just an amazing time
We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was relaxing and the house was just that. My kids enjoyed the spacious grounds and the tire swing. The house was clean and spacious, exceeding our expectations. The pictures do not do justice.

Big enough for everyone
We had a wonderfully relaxing time at your VRBO! We had everything we needed and more. The top deck was especially relaxing. We enjoyed coffee their in their morning, and in the evening watched fireflies and deer.

Great Thanksgiving in a great location!
We loved this cabin / house! The pictures are not enough to describe the property! The property was very clean and very comfortable, and we had all that needed in the kitchen, outside, in the huge basement, and baths. Beds are very comfortable and clean. The outside is just awesome! ... the river, the huge porch ... the view. The dialog with Brandy, the property manager, was lovely and helpful. You can't go wrong with this cabin for sure. Thank you again!
