Welcome to Town & Country Mountain Retreat. This beautiful home is nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains located just a 2 minutes drive from the quaint town of Burnsville, NC and an easy 35 minute drive to Asheville, NC.
This home boast 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and can easily accommodate 8 guest. This large family orientated home makes an excellent retreat for multiple families. With two full kitchens, 2 living rooms, gas log fireplaces; one on the main and lower level, formal dining room, sunroom, main level garage and large lush yard space.
The main level has 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms, a formal dining area and kitchen table off the kitchen for extra seating, a sunroom to sit and bask in the warm mountain sun with your favorite book and a cup of coffee, main level pull in garage, equipped with its very own EV Level 2 charger.
The lower level will take you back to the seventies where you will find a full kitchen, with a mini fridge and lots of bar space and seating, a large living room with a foosball table and corn hole games for the family to enjoy, a dedicated workspace and one private bedroom.

****About our Cabins****
You are reserving a luxury vacation cabin with Pristine Vacation Rentals, the top vacation rental company in the area with 100% customer satisfaction and five star reviews across the board from VRBO, Flipkey etc…A few days prior to your arrival you will receive the cabins address, check-in/check-out instructions, door entry codes, wifi codes, house and property information as well as local suggestions of things to experience. If you reserved the property directly from our website you will receive this information in an email. If reserved the property through a third party platform such as VRBO, Flip Key, etc... They will provide you with this information. When reserved through VRBO the information will be sent to you the message thread where you booked the property and received your reservation confirmation message as well. Please respect the neighbors and clean up after yourselves.
GUESTS ARE EMAILED CODE TO ACCESS, DRIVING DIRECTIONS AND INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROPERTY. PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, NO OFFICE VISIT TO PICK UP KEYS!

Also feel free to use any of the spices, sugar, creamers etc… that are generally stocked in the fully equipped kitchen.
This is a SMOKE FREE environment! Please don't smoke in the cabin. If you choose to smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts.
PHONE SERVICE: Cell phone reception is generally good, but it can be spotty at times. We are in the mountains.
CHILDREN: This house is not child-proofed for young children. There are also no accommodations for babies.
SUPPLIES: Groceries and supplies are available within 5 to 10 miles, but we suggest guests bring what they may need for immediate use so they can stay and relax on the property for their first meals, if so desired.
NO SMOKING POLICY due to guest and owner allergies. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $200 if you smoke inside the cabin. If you smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
