"The room was standard, but the bathtub where the shower is located was quite high and not easy to climb in and out of. The tub itself is deep, which is a nice feature, but it had stains that couldn’t be removed, which affected the overall cleanliness. I’ve stayed in their apartments before and had a fantastic experience, but unfortunately, this particular room didn’t meet the same standard."

"Lovely old building, friendly staff. The building has character, it's not new, I believe it's heritage listed, so its not ultra modern in appearance or build but has charm and fixtures, furnishings to match. We really enjoyed our stay."

"This was our second stay here and it was just as good as the first if not better. We could hear other tents music and loud talking, perhaps a sign in each room to advise occupants to be mindful of others would go some way to remind people to keep their noise to a minimum. It is meant to be a quiet retreat and to enjoy the peaceful surroundings, some people forget that but this is not the fault of the Willow Woods owners."
