"The desk clerks were pleasant and very accommodating. It is time for a renovation of this property. The first room had a problem with the toilet which made a loud noise and leaked water on the floor. The second room offered had a leaking faucet for the tub/shower. The desk clerk offered a discount for the room for my troubles but I need to coordinate with Expedia."

"This is a cheap stay. It is fine for a night or two. We stayed here a year ago and it needed a lot of work, holes in the walls, wires hanging from the ceiling, etc. It is rebranded as a Quality Inn (aka Avery Hotel) so I didn’t realize it was the same place when I booked. It is significantly improved. Still a no frills economy hotel but doable. "
