"It was a lovely hotel in a brilliant location and the staff were absolutely fantastic. The first room was comfortable and a very good size. My second Max room (same grade as first room) was tiny shoe box, but equally priced to the much bigger room. The nightly fee I didn't realise was double the average hotels on this app, I booked without researching prices. So you can find very good for almost half the price. That being said, I was happy there. I extended 1 more night and would visit again if could ensure a fair price and good size room. "

"No Airconditioning, No room service. Staff never picks call, always you have to go to reception. No lift in hotel you have to carry your heavy bags on stairs. No support from staff."
