"We came for the Texas football game and this house was exactly what we were looking for! Huge beautiful house. The backyard was as great as it looked. We even used the movie theater and popcorn machine which were both great! Ann was a great host, very responsive and I’ve never stayed at a place that came as well stocked as this house was, from towels to alcohol to paper products it was ready to go the minute we arrived. "House was pretty good overall. Beware of the water source. The well water is extremely salty and not drinkable. we lost a day of being able to use the pool and all of the shower and sink water is well water which was not described in the bio. The host got the pool cleaner to the house and had the pool ready to use within 8 hours of arriving which we appreciated. Other than that the house was great. "

"I cannot say enough good things about the estate! It was absolutely stunning and the perfect place for our wedding party to hang out and relax. Dillon and his team were super responsive whenever we reached out. Truly an 11/10 stay. "

"Nice house with all of the amenities. You won’t be bored here. Boat dock, movie theater, and pool were some of our favorites. Great location on the lake too! Only slight critique would be I wish the hot tub was already preheated and a little easier to use."

"Close to restaurants and shops. Only very minor issue was no coffee pods for the coffee maker were supplied. I checked in late at night and had no coffee in the morning. A few Keurig pods would have made it ideal."

"The property and grounds and waterfront are beautiful. The interior of the home is spacious and comfortable. When we had an issue with the hot tub heater, the owner sent a repairman within 40 minutes, even on a Holiday! We were impressed. It is a great place to stay"
