Visit this historic apartment nestled in the heart of Burlington, NC. Our charming 2nd Floor Apartment offers a bright and airy centrally located retreat just 2 miles from I40/85.

Apartment D is a true retreat! You will find a bedroom quiet and secluded. The bedroom is set up with a large flat screen TV and a chair for seating. In the fully stocked kitchen there is a Samsung Frame to enjoy art or TV as you cook, eat dinner or work.

The McCauley House was built in 1920 as a single family home. From what we can tell the McCauley Family owned it for nearly 100 years and at some point in time they did a conversion to a 4-plex apartment building. We bought the building in 2022 and have worked hard to restore every room. In this apartment you will find an original fireplace and all of the modern amenities that you would expect to include a Queen Bed, Fully Stocked Kitchen and Large Soaking Tub. The apartment features High Speed Internet with an access point for ethernet and Smart TV's in both the Kitchen and the bedroom.

The main house has Smart Locks where all tenants will enjoy common space, laundry room and a great front porch seating area - this porch is the best spot in the house for watching storms! All apartments are rented as full units with two entrances/exits for safety and convenience.

We are not far from the property and we will be able to help if you were to need anything but we will not be stopping by or checking in unless you specifically needed something.

Really comfortable stay!
We loved the decor! The pillow were very comfortable, the bed was good as well. Loved the water pressure in the shower and how fast it got hot. They were a little sparce on some kitchen items. No tea kettle and no pepper. But otherwise we were able to make our breakfasts just fine. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy and the house is on a main road so its loud, but that's not a deal breaker for us. It was convenient in that the places we went to were all within 15-20 minutes. Check out downtown Graham when staying here. It's quaint and there are some great restaurants. We enjoyed out stay and would recommend it to others.
