The McCauley House was built in 1920 as a single family home. From what we can tell the McCauley Family owned it for nearly 100 years and at some point in time they did a conversion to a 4-plex apartment building. We bought the building in 2022 and have worked hard to restore every room. in this apartment you will find 2 original fireplaces, 11' Ceilings and all of the modern amenities that you would expect to include a King Bed, Fully Stocked Kitchen and Tile Shower. The apartment features High Speed Internet with an access point for ethernet and Smart TV's in both the living room and the bedroom.

The listing is made for 2 but we understand you may have children or a guest. Please register all additional children/guest and we are able to accommodate with an air mattress or pack and play if needed.

The main house has Smart Locks where all tenants will enjoy common space, laundry room and a great front porch seating area - this porch is the best spot in the house for watching storms! All apartments are rented as full units with two entrances/exits for safety and convenience.

We are not far from the property and we will be able to help if you were to need anything but we will not be stopping by or checking in unless you specifically needed something.

So much to do and see in Downtown Burlington and nearby Downtown Graham

The apartment is ideally set up for 2 with a King Bed but if you were to have children or a 3rd guest we are happy to accommodate in advance with an air mattress or pack and play and linens to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.
