We spent 2 nights at this property. It was okay except for 2 things. Our room was never made up and the rolling luggage racks were all taken by a convention happening. I am a 70 something who had to make multiple trips to my car with heavy medical equipment because of that.

There was a sticky spill in entrance to hallway b on the floor which remained there our entire stay. The rug is old throughout the hotel, and dirty. The elevator was also broken, and we had to go to the fifth floor by zigzagging through the hotel with no compensation. Pe

Thankfully, i gotvti be in the pool by myself. It was clean, warm and soft 59s and 60s music was playing. The room itself was warm too. I was quite nice..the only downfall were the horrendous fluorescent tube l8ghts.

This was the first time staying at a Hilton Hotel. Very disappointing stayed 5 days room was never cleaned had to keep calling for towels, toilet paper, tissues and trash removal. I will rethink staying at Hilton again
