I loved the atrium with the plants and all the sunlight coming in the skylights! The food at the Tavern was very good and priced well. The service was great! We had a very nice Christmas at the Double Tree!

Loved how spacious this hotel is, both lobby and rooms. Lobby is warm and welcoming and nicely decorated. Clean rooms and friendly staff that make the stay worth it. Highly recommend and would come back again!

When we arrived the pool was not working—-we were looking forward to using this area of the hotel. The manager made excuses..which had nothing to do with us as guests- but finally comped us for not being able to use this amenity. Restaurant and cleaning staff were excellent—personality wise and overall. Front desk needs work., No greetings to guests even though fully staffed. Manager in back and should be supervising.
