Cute little apartment in a great location to walk to both the waterfront and Church St. Marketplace. Perfect for a few days in Burlington. We especially appreciated the coffee pods and half & half in the fridge. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. There is a potentially lovely front porch that would be a great space if it were cleaned up and had some outdoor furniture. I realize it's a shared space and that might complicate matters. We set out our own lawn chairs and enjoyed sitting out and watching the neighborhood go by.

Great stay to explore downtown Burlington

We enjoyed our quick stay here. It's walkable to everything downtown and a very comfortable stay. The apartment had everything we needed.

Perfect location

This location was great - we could walk to the bike path (our main reason for visiting) and also to downtown for restaurants and shopping. Apartment was clean and met all of our needs.

A terrific unit offered by a terrific host!

My daughter, her fiancé, and I stayed in one of Errin's units for Christmas week. It was perfect! The unit was clean, well-appointed, and very close to the Church Street Marketplace. (downtown Burlington) I'll see about using the apartment again the next time I travel to Burlington!

My sister and I were in Burlington on an annual "sister trip".The apartment was clean and in a great location in regards to downtown Burlington. The neighborhood was quiet in the evening, but there was a lot of traffic on the street during the day.The only blip in our stay was the parking situation. The host knew we were traveling in 2 cars and would need to be able to park them both safely. The host assured me there "is free street parking out front". I wish she had been more specific, and that the free parking was on the other side of the street. There is no signage in front of this building and the signage further up the street was blocked by trees. Other than a parking ticket - it was a nice stay.

Nice apartment in Burlington. Great central location. The apartment was as described, it was clean, beds were comfortable, we really appreciated the kurig and coffee pods provided. Erinn is a great host.

Valentine's Getaway

Errin provides you with a wonderful place to stay while in Burlington. You are so close to Church St. with all the shops, restaurants and bars are. We had a fabulous time and will most likely chose this apartment once again while visiting Burlington, VT. It was a nice clean, cozy and warm place to stay.

Fabulous location. 5 min walk to downtown which is clean and really cute. Also 5 min water to the water and parks. Super clean and updated condo with all the kitchen items one would need. Hosts were exceptional in communication and enabling us an earlier check in. Highly recommend this property. We had the most amazing time. :)

Where to start…

First, the age of our group of 4 was mid sixties to early 70’s. We travel a lot and use VRBO frequently. The best attribute of this rental was its location. As described it is very close to the waterfront and the Church St Market …all well within walking distance. As for the rental itself…it is a large, old house that has been converted into 5 apartments. Other renters appear to be mostly college students. The rental is small, maybe 700 sq. feet. It’s been a long time since anything has been updated. It feels very much like a college apartment I would have rented in my late teens or early twenties. Of course, as described, we’re not that. Pretty much everything is mismatched and has a lot of miles on it (plates, utensils, beds, furniture, etc.) Although the property description claims there’s a washer and dryer it’s tucked away and largely inaccessible. I believe it’s also coin operated. Lastly, the immediate surrounding area homes are largely unkept and overgrown. You’re certainty not going to sit on the front porch (which is not clean by the way) and look out at the eyesores across the street. All in all not a great experience and not what I expect when using VRBO.

The apartment was nice and clean. really love the fact that I didn't have to look for a parking place as there was one out back. It was close to shopping, dining, and the shore of Lake Champlain which was a nice place to visit. I would stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone interested in visiting downtown Burlington Vermont. Appreciate the accurate description of your property. thank you!
