"The front desk staff that checked me in was friendly and courteous and very polite and helpful! I liked that there was a Denny’s restaurant right by the hotel that you could walk to I went to the outside pool at 8:00 PM as the sign that was on the door entering the pool said that the pool was closed at 10:00 PM, while I was in the pool a guy in a uniform came to the entrance of the pool but did not open the door of the pool! He had something in his hand and it seemed that he scanned the entrance gate then left, he didn’t say anything to me so I was unsure who it was or what he was doing! I didn’t feel comfortable so I left the pool, on my way back inside the hotel I saw an employee and informed him, he didn’t seem to speak English so I am not sure if he understood what I was trying to say! I called the front desk to let them know and the staff asked why I was in the pool since the pool closed at 8:00 PM! I told the staff that I went to the pool at 8:00 PM because the sign said that the pool closed at 10:00 PM! The staff apologized and said that the pool closed at 8:00 PM! I told the staff that they should change their sign and put the right time that the pool closes so that their guests knows the right time the pool closes as I was following the sign on the entrance to the pool! She apologized again and told me the person that I saw must have been the security guard as the security guard comes to close the pool for safety reasons! A lot of the staff did not speak English!"

"I travel with 2 daughters, this hotel made us feel safe with the parking, the inside door entrances. My baby was getting a little sick so i gave her one of the teas of manzanilla. We ran out and I asked front desk for a couple more, she said she would send some up to our room. I did specify Manzanilla. We had a knock on the door with the tea but it was the wrong one but the gentleman was so nice with no hesitation or frustration he apologized and brought us up the right tea. I know this may sound minuscule, but anywhere else I feel like they would be bothered with such request. The house cleaning ladies were the sweetest. We stayed 3 nights and they were very accommodating. The hotel has free breakfast, FULL breakfast and complimentary snacks in the evenings. The view and walk trails is beautiful. Highly recommend this hotel. "
