"Rooms were nice and large and clean. Lobby was nice and clean. Wished there was a restaurant and/or a bar but thay was my fault for not seeing it when i made the reservation. Only real complaint is we were supposed to get maid service every other day and didnt get it at all. When husband asked the maid in the hallway for towels and washcloths, she didnt speak english, which is no big deal but was told they didnt have any washcloths. We were there for my daughters wedding so we had several rooms...

"The room stunk like smoke. I stayed an hr and asked for a other room because i was beciming nauseated. He didnt have another one but gave some spray stuff. Still didnt help but we had no other choice to stay. The room was in disrepair. Sheets were dirty on one bed. The bathtub was dirty. The chair was in such disrepair. It was the worst room I ever stayed in. It was the most uncomfortable and restless night I've ever had. I have pictures of the disrepair but unfortunately I can not take pics of...

"I was a little disappointed to learn upon arrival that this is a home split into two. The only issue of that was the occasional noise of a sliding closet door or something and I didn't love that there were doors closed but not locked, however couldn't be opened, that separated the two.However communication with the owner went well for any questions, aside from not receiving specifics for checkin/checkout until I asked. "I was aware the resort was kind of "rustic" in the sense of a natural park/water park - cabin, but to our surprise, it exceeded our expectation, our room was ample, clean and great. The staff was uber-kind and attentive to our needs, we were provided an informative package with all the activities and amenities they offer, I wish I had more time than just the weekend to explore the area; we all had fun. This is a family resort so expect pets and kids around. "
