"Well decorated, but not staircase friendly-too slippery and steep. Railing must be used. Kitchen fully complete, but could benefit with large stainless steel cooking utensils instead of rubber utensils only. The rugs were nice, but upper bedrooms rugs could benefit tapping around the edges. One senior person tripped several times entering room. Perhaps TV in each bedroom."

"This B&B is a rare gem. The rooms are brilliant. George is warm and excellent host. Any disadvantage from being a bit out from the centre of town is overcome as George provides daily drop off to and pick up from the local MET station which is a speedy, safe and clean service. Highly recommended."

"Stayed this past weekend for a football game at Catholic University. The location was close to the fields, so that was a bonus. Getting there from the airport wasn’t difficult either. Parking was not ideal. There supposedly two first come first serve parking spots behind a teal house, but good luck finding those spots. Street parking is limited as you have to have a zone 5 pass. Since parking was difficult, we didn’t drive down to site see and instead Ubered because we didn’t want the hassle of...

"The property was just as it was described but also came stocked with some snacks and drinks, which was a really wonderful touch. We had no issues with our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return when we have family visiting us in DC. "

"Overall our stay was exactly what we needed & the hosts were very helpful. I do have to mention that the cleanliness was not 100%. The bathroom floor was sticky & the shower could not have been thoroughly cleaned in a while. The bathroom door also needed to be desperately wiped down to remove some obvious “spots”. All in all, the whole apartment could have used a thorough cleaning but was by no means filthy."
