"Beautiful location next to a river. Had balcony with river view. Loved the peacefulness and was able to get full rest and relaxed. Restaurant was delicious, highly recommend this Hotel. Staff really friendly."

"We were there just one night. Got there past 8 pm, hungry and the restaurant was already closed, didn’t get much help from the staff. It took them half an hour to charge my credit card for the cost of the room and we had to drive 20 minutes, back to the city, to find a place to eat. Back at the room it was cozy with a fire place. It was really cold, loved it. We had a great sleep. In the morning, I was amazed by the place, the gardens, the mountains and town, the breakfast, the coffee, the main building is awesome. We tried to stay one more night, but staff couldn’t find a way. Plenty of things to do at Cerro Punta and around Tierras Altas, need to go there again for a longer stay. Hopefully next time they will have better service."

"The staff are very friendly. We had a room in a cabin outside the hotel in a gorgeous garden. We had issues with water temperature we told the manager and they fixed it right away. Nice breakfast area. "
