"This hotel is very well presented. The decor is lovely and the way they have fest the rooms is very impressive with exposed walls and roof beams. Not very many of the staff speak fluent English but they try hard and the reception always has a fluent English speaker. Anyway it was good for me to practice my Spanish."

"Outstanding quaint little mountain town with just a couple of bars, restaurants and small places to stay. Narrow cobblestone streets and tight parking. Very quiet and peaceful. Nice little restaurant below the hotel both run personally by the owner who is happy to chat, provide helpful service, and tailor meal times to your activities. Nice older stone, brick, beam, mortar and concrete buildings. This accommodation is jus a few rooms redone completely in modern style but retaining the old beams and wood floors / heavy doors. Very quiet, very modern, very comfortable, very pleasant with a genuinely friendly proprietor. Little restaurant has 6 or 7 tables and a small bar with very attentive service. Highly recommend! Larger town with all needs is only ten minutes down the hill on a steep and windy road. Very picturesque!"

"Staff at Palacio de Valderrabanos was great as they were very helpful even as we made our check-in an hour after new years. The property is amazing and with a very rich history, so very recommendable to stay. Parking was not that close and was not part of the hotel, but is understandable in such a historic landmark. Extremely recommended."
