"I stayed here one night on business. There are multiple dining options within walking distance of hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. My room was let down by noise - could hear everything from hallway and birds/church bells outside. Parking is good. Ask hotel for parking instructions before you arrive - it will streamline the process. Room was clean enough and bathroom good but dated. Overall a good choice for a limited stay. "

"The room was not what I booked. The room set up was barebones: no ice bucket or extra blankets. The towels were of the cheapest quality and not enough of them. There was a writing desk but no chair to go with it! Bathroom door required brute force to be shut. The doors in the shower stall do not prevent water from leeking out and flooding the floor outside. While the self check-in was super easy, there was no option to check out and no one at the reception desk. Thus I have no idea if I have been checked out of this hotel."

"Booked this spa hotel for my sons 30th birthday We organised it as a complete surprise and the hotel went above and beyond the service level to make it memorable for my son and daughter-in-law law (and wife) Absolutely nothing was too much trouble and they did the best they could do for us The whole team were excellent If we were to visit the area again it would be our first choice The value of the room rate was very reasonable Could not fault anything"
