Celebrate a carefree holiday in villa ‘De Duinpan’!

On a toplocation in Westenschouwen, just 200 meters away from the beach and on walking distance of the largest woods of Zeeland, you can find the holiday villa De Duinpan. The house offers you a lot of privacy and is situated at the end of a tranquil street. Your children can play here in a carefree way while you enjoy rest and spaciousness. The diverse surroundings with beautiful nature and many cosy villages and cities make sure you always have something to do!

The modern living room is stylish and colourful and has an atmospheric woodburner, large windows and sliding doors to the terrace. The dining area can be found adjacent to the fully-equipped kitchen. You can find three bedrooms in the house, of which one located on the ground floor and provided with extra long boxspring beds. Furthermore, two luxurious bathrooms, an infrared sauna and separate toilets are present. A stairgate, high chair and babyset are also present in the house.

The house has a spacious garden that is fully enclosed. This allows you to enjoy fresh air and the sun while relaxing on the roofed terrace while the children and the dog can endlessly play. Parking spots and a bike storage are present.

Die Lage des Hauses war optimal. Sehr privat am Sackgassenende (Haus 14/1). Leider ließ die Sauberkeit, besonders in der Küche, zu wünschen übrig. Als Verbesserungsvorschlag würden wir einen Ascheeimer für den Kamin vorschlagen.

Heerlijk huis
Het huis was ruim en mooi gelegen dichtbij de duinen en zee. Alles was aanwezig. Wel vroegen wij ons af waarom er buiten 3 verschillende afvalbakken stonden terwijl er binnen slechts prullenbak was. Je kon binnen niet scheiden met 1 bak en kon ook niet (zeker met dit weer), voor elk ding naar buiten.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, es war alles so gut wie in der Beschreibung! Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und das war auch das Ziel. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Man muss nur wissen, dass die Treppe etwas steil ist.
