"I made reservations to stay at this hotel, and paid in full, over 2 months in advance. When I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm to check in and drop off our bags, they did not have our reservation. I had paper copies, and emails, showing that we had in fact reserved a room. The manager had zero interest in trying to solve the problem and told us he couldn’t help us and there were no rooms available. This was our first day in Europe after an overnight flight from the US. "We greatly enjoyed the accommodation. It was well maintained, clean. The shower and bathroom were excellent. The only complaint was that Wi-Fi didn't work upstairs. The grocery store on the first level was quite convenient. Having your own parking spot in the underground garage was a plus. You are in a short walking distance to two lifts."
