"A very pleasant one week stay in August. Very calm and peaceful (which was what we wanted), lots of space to walk around the grounds with fruit trees, vines, and the occasional deer. The house is very luminous, spacious and comfortable, and Jill and Craig offer a warm welcome, and are helpful and attentive. Plenty to see in the surrounding area (Pays Basque, Béarn, Landes)."

"If you want peace and tranquillity this is for you! The wildlife was just fantastic, watching the swifts give such a display by the pool, and a very close display of kites and buzzards as the farmer was cutting the grass - just incredible. Most mornings we saw the dear/s in the lower fields. And of course the little bat that decided he would sleep under the wooden terrace during the day. "The property fell short of its 4 star rating and our expectations. The lighting in the kitchen/main room did not work. The hot water in the shower was exhausted rather quickly. Most unpleasant was the presence of mosquitos and the lack of air-conditioning as the temperature reached 38C on the day when we arrived. "

"Tres joli logement ! Le jardin est arboré, il y a 2 terrasses : une devant le logement avec une table et une excentrée avec des transats (permet de s’isoler, sous les bambous … très sympa). Piscine plus grande que je ne pensais !! L’emplacement est calme, en pleine campagne et à 50 mn des différents sites du pays basque. Le salon est spacieux, cuisine bien équipée Chambres très sympas, douche agréable A noter : l’escalier est raide L’accueil est très amical Je recommande "
