"Very spacious and clean! Staff very helpful and welcoming. We had to catch an early flight, they set up taxi and even had sack lunch prepared to go! Walking distance to everything. Highly recommend this hotel! "

"The food service was treble and very disappointing, was given cold onion soup, pizza was awful, the lady serving us was nice but everything from the get go wasn’t professional. I was served wrong soup to start with(soup of the day which I didn’t order) secondly it took more 30 minutes to get my food while my wife finished her salad, thirdly both my pizza and onion soup served the same time. I was so disappointed but the front desk staff was excellent and professional. I will never eat in that restaurant if I ever come back to Lourdes.Dr.Mike"

"The hotel is not the most modern, but it was clean and close to the sanctuary. The decor in the hallway is quite dated but our room was updated with newer amenities (sink, shower and commode). The front desk staff was helpful and spoke English. The restaurants attached to the hotel were always quite busy. I would recommend staying here most fir it’s convenient location."
