"This building was still in construction with sandbags at the entrance. In the would be office someone was smoking with smell filling the building stairs. Totally unprofessional greeting committee. The person could not find my reservation. Humongous stairs and I was given the 4th floor. I suspect I was the first and only guest. I don't know why this is even listed on hotels.com. I left the hotel immediately and asked for a refund for my nonrefundable reservation. I think this is an exceptional...
