This spacious 2-bedroom apartment has been updated into a clean and comfortable space. It contains two bedrooms, each with their own closets, TVs and USB-compatible bedside lamps for all your devices. There are new appliances, including washer and dryer, to make your stay feel more like home. The kitchen steps out into the huge back lawn, where their is plenty of room to play or enjoy an evening under the starry skies. With ample parking directly out the front door, loading baggage and groceries is just a couple steps down to the parking lot. The property is ON the wine trail that skirts the east side of Seneca Lake for easy access to all your favorite wineries, breweries and restaurants. Watkins Glen is just five miles away if you're looking to enjoy Seneca Lake or hike the breath taking gorge. Watkins Glen International race track is within 10 miles to take in all of the season's racing action. The Finger Lakes National Forest is within minutes and boasts dozens of intersecting hillside trails to enjoy during every season. The property and stay was amazing and it was very close from the lake and winery's, the property was very clean had everything you need to cook in the kitchen even to wash your clothes, i used the grill it was also clean when i was using it, its a very quiet location and nice for a family weekend

Great apartment-style accommodation in perfect location on east side of Seneca Lake. This is the 2nd year in a row we've stayed here and it's as clean and new looking as last year, with new additions, like a outdoor grill. Would definitely stay again!

Nice place...great location!
We had everything we needed for our home away. Spacious, clean, and it was nice to sit at the fire pit after a day of winery hopping! We visited both Seneca and Keuka Lake wineries and felt this was a good location to do both without a lot of driving. Definitely would stay again.

Very pleased with the property. Very clean and comfortable all around from living room to kitchen and bedrooms. Everything new and was a nice stay. The back area was also good to relax by a fire. Location was perfect for the Harbor and wine trail and falls.

Spacious and Modern + Great Location
We have a wonderful stay. The condo had all the amenities and was freshly updated. Great kitchen, spacious living room, comfortable bed, and excellent bathroom. Watkins Glen was less than 10 minutes away and so was access to all the wineries.

Nice Visit to Watkins Glen State Park
We had a very nice stay at 414 Vacation rentals. The property was newly renovated and everything was great. Property was just as advertised and Drew (host) sent all the information we needed in advance of our arrival. Great experience d and look forward to our next visit. The area is beautiful and the gorge is spectacular.

Awesome stay!
My husband and I stayed here with our 6 month old. We were very pleased with with the unit. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for a morning hike at Watkins Glen and winery/brewery afternoons. We hope to be back!

Weekend Family Getaway
Amazing accommodations! The beds are so comfy and the kitchen is supplied with everything you need! The unit is SO clean with many personal touches making our trip relaxing and memorable! The fire pit in the back yard is a big hit with the family! Our host, Drew, is super helpful, he even allowed a little later check out time, which is greatly appreciated! We will be returning!
