Bungalow with private hot tub, shared pool

Relax in the private secluded garden with six person hot tub. Enjoy breakfast with the morning bird song. Free indoor pool and soft play on the site. Less than 5 minutes' walk to the beach where you'll find Long Beach bar and The Hut restaurant. Stroll along the sea front to the Waterfront restaurant. Very comfortable sofa bed made by Emma Mattress (can be two singles or a King Size double, adjustable firmness, <30 seconds to convert to a bed). Quiet, house-trained pets welcome.

The Space:
Everything you need for self-catering including dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso pod coffee machine. Essential utensils for cooking and opening wine and beer bottles. Barbecue with utensils in the rear garden. Komfi Primo quality mattresses. There's a Bose Soundlink Mini II speaker with Bluetooth and 3.5mm input cable. WiFi with 95Mb+ download speed, unlimited data. DVD/ CD player and 40 inch Freeview HD TV. Free parking for one car, extra cars can park free on roads near the site. Internally the bungalow is approx. 50 square metres (540 sq. ft) in case you are considering it for more than four adults.

Guest access:
You will have the whole bungalow and outdoor spaces front and rear (including the hot tub) to yourself. The indoor swimming pool and children's soft play are shared with other guests of the site.

Other details to note:
High chairs (approx. £12 per booking) and travel cots (approx. £15 per booking) are hired from a third party, please ask before booking and I will confirm the current cost. Bedding for cots is not provided.

Please clean the barbecue if you use it. You will need to bring charcoal.

Please clean up the gardens after your pet.

The soft play is very small, so only for up to about 6 years old.

TV signal in the whole area is poor so if it's important I suggest bringing a device with HDMI socket so you can watch online programmes using the WiFi (I provide a cable to watch via the TV).
