Tiny Divine Farmstay by Tiny Away is located in Bunding just 7 mins from Ballan, VIC. Where you can find a small boutique, enjoy stunning sunsets, native wildlife, and revitalizing mineral springs. Sailors Falls, St Anne's Winery, Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve, Pykes Creek, and Boathouse Restaurant Daylesford are just a few of the exciting attractions available.
A cozy 113-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom, however, follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for your use.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please take note that this tiny house is an off-grid unit that runs on solar energy. We advise guests to conserve energy during the day and only use it when necessary. Overall, minimal consumption is advised to prevent power outages when using solar power.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings, including the paddock perched within the area. However, access to other paddocks (e.g., such as horse paddocks) without prior approval from the land host is prohibited.
You can also relax in our tree hammocks, take a canoe ride around the dam (life vests provided), or bring a fishing rod and try your luck catching a yabbie (one net provided) for dinner. Summer evenings are best spent at the dam's picnic area, watching the sun set and relaxing in the tranquil surroundings.

Guest Advisory

Important note:
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Dropping cigarette butts on dry grass can start a bushfire. Please put out your cigarettes properly in the provided bin
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
