"The hotel staff were amazing. They went out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic stay. They even helped my fiancé plan his marriage proposal and provided a beautiful candlelight table display and flowers. It was so special. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. "Loud music everyday from 8am. Feels like a party hostel everywhere you go. On the second day we were assured that the "event" would be over in 1h and that next day would be quiet. The following day was an even bigger party on the whole venue. If you are looking for a party-hostel it is a good place. Facilities are nice, service is good and food is acceptable. Don't expect to relax or have a quiet meal though. "

"This hotel seems to be run by scammers. It does not actually exist in Iganga...it is actually in the Masese area of Jinja. It is about 6 miles from Jinja and 20 miles from Iganga so I think its wrong for them to claim that the hotel is in Iganga. We had a very stressful time trying to find this hotel after arriving in Iganga. Luckily we were able to find another hotel in Iganga. Hotels.com were useless in trying to get us our refund after we had pre-paid for this hotel. They never gave me any...
