"The staff were very polite and helpful and the cleaning of the room was of a good standard the food was average as i thought more variety would not go amiss . The only complaint i have is that i booked my rooms in advance and putting in the notes that they should be next door to each other that service i did not received and we were given rooms away from each other. As a group booking the hotel should accommodate more by putting group bookings next door to each other if requested "

"Property was peaceful, staff excellent. A very good taxi service offered via the taxi controller at the hotel entrance. Bad points were: lack of plug points in rooms which were badly appointed. Very old fashioned and would not meet the 3 star standard given in the UK."

"The decore in the rooms are very unique. The downside was the bed, it had a shelf surrounding and being short it made it hard to get in and out of bed. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was a little disappointing with not much selection to choice from. Overall a great experience and would definitely return "

"Great time, from check-in, to kitchen staff, to cleaners, to entertainment, great value and lovely staff. Really enjoyed our time. Recommend the premier room pool view!! Closeness to beach is so ideal too, great for relaxation or a stroll to enjoy the sunset. Nice walk 15 min walk to Tropics Mall and shout out Vibrations cafe for a healthy vegan option outside of the great food provided at Balafon. Would definitely come again. "
